I often throw things into my shopping basket on a whim, and I had a bag of split peas sitting in my pantry for ages so I thought I’d better do something with them. After some searching I came across a Lebanese soup that I liked the look of, and … Continue Reading
This has become one of my favourite lentil recipes, I say it feeds 4, but that’s 4 massive portions, and only if you are eating with a side of green vegetables. If you serve with pasta, potato, or make into a cottage pie – which is what I do most … Continue Reading
Sometimes I make something and it is so easy I don’t feel it warrants being written up as a recipe, but then loads of people ask me how to make something and I realise there is merit in even the simplest of recipes.

Enjoy a taste of summer any time of the year with this sunshine yellow smoothie.
