This recipe was created after I challenged a client to bake without added sugar. The bars are lovely and sweet, made with maple syrup and malt extract.
Whilst cookies can't be classed as healthy, I made these as a gift for new parents. Oat for energy for those long sleepless nights, and Goji Berries for the antioxidant and healing properties
I make up as many bowls of Overnight Oats as I can, then we have a ready-to-go healthy breakfast or snack
