I look forward to the chilly days of autumn when I can get my slow cooker back out of the cupboard, and this tasty chicken dish is firmly back on the menu.
For me, nothing epitomises summer more than a simple salad of mixed tomatoes. Great with grilled meat or fish, and even better the next day for lunch with crusty bread to mop up the juices
